Tofu with Spring Onions and Cilantro

This is a very famous Chinese appetizer. It requires almost no preparation and allows you to enjoy the perfect blend of tofu and green onions. It prepares your palate for the upcoming dishes.

Ingredients

  • Tofu
  • Spring onions
  • Cilantro
  • Salt

Procedures

  1. Chop a small bunch of cilantro into small segments and chop 3-4 spring onions into fine pieces.
  2. Place the tofu on a serving plate and spread the chopped spring onions and cilantro around it.
  3. Drizzle 3 teaspoons of salt and 2 teaspoons of olive oil over the tofu.
  4. Serve the dish. When eating, break the tofu into pieces and mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.
