
Stir-fried Cabbage

A dish of spicy, fresh, and appetizing cabbage, with a tangy and mouthwatering flavor.
Ingredients
- Cabbage
- Garlic
- Sichuan peppercorn
- Dried red chili peppers
- Soy sauce
Procedures
- Remove the core of the cabbage and break it into medium-small pieces using your hands.
- Finely chop 5 cloves of garlic and cut 2-3 dried red chili peppers into segments.
- Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the cabbage until it becomes soft.
- Add 2 tablespoons of water to the wok and mix it with the ingredients. Stir-fry for 1 minute and then remove the cabbage from the wok.
- Heat oil again in the wok, add 1 teaspoon of Sichuan peppercorn strings and dried red chili pepper segments. Stir-fry for 1 minute and then add 2/3 of the chopped garlic.
- Add the cabbage back to the wok and stir-fry until everything is well combined.
- Finally, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to the wok, stir well, and then remove the dish from the wok and transfer it to a serving plate.
