Soy Sauce Fried Tofu

This delicious tofu dish combines silky smooth tofu with perfect seasoning, and it's sure to make you fall in love with eating tofu.

Ingredients

  • Tofu
  • Eggs
  • Spring onion (scallion)
  • Ginger

Procedures

  1. Finely chop one spring onion and a small piece of ginger.
  2. Cut a block of tofu into small square pieces.
  3. In a small bowl, mix 8 tablespoons of soy sauce with 1 teaspoon of sugar.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and add the tofu pieces. Fry for 2 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
  5. Pour two beaten eggs over the tofu.
  6. Once the eggs are set, add the chopped spring onion and ginger to the pan and continue frying for 2 more minutes.
  7. Pour the mixed sauce over the tofu and stir-fry until the sauce thickens.
  8. Remove from heat and serve.
