This is a very refreshing cold dish with a spicy and fragrant flavor that can greatly whet your appetite.

Ingredients

  • Onion
  • Cilantro (coriander)
  • Wood ear mushrooms
  • Green bell pepper
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Rice vinegar
  • White vinegar
  • Sesame oil

Procedures

  1. Blanch the wood ear mushrooms in boiling water for two to three minutes.
  2. Cut 3-4 stalks of cilantro into sections, and slice one large onion into strips.
  3. Cut one cucumber into sections, and one green bell pepper into small pieces.
  4. Chop 5 cloves of garlic into minced garlic.
  5. According to personal taste, you can also add other vegetables, peanuts, or black sesame seeds.
  6. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl, then add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 4 teaspoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar, two tablespoons of rice vinegar, two tablespoons of white vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
  7. Mix all the ingredients well, and then serve in a serving dish.
